  1. 01

Sign in and confirm your workspace

Use the sign-in link to open Jingran, then select a household or team workspace you are allowed to access. Confirm the workspace and its member scope before adding the relevant items.

The public website provides product information and this guide. Item records, AI-assisted organization, uploads, and scans are available in the application after sign-in.

  2. 02

Choose a location and prepare source material

Identify the location you want to organize, such as “Study / Bookcase / Second shelf.” Enter a description or use photos, audio, or video to capture the physical space.

Make sure items and labels are legible in photos. Include names, quantities, and storage locations in descriptions, and leave out personal information unrelated to the items.

  3. 03

    Review and confirm AI suggestions

Compare the system's suggestions with the physical items. Similar items, obscured content, and unclear quantities need human review or correction.

Check that names, quantities, locations, attachments, and other details match the physical items before confirming the action. AI suggestions must be verified against the items themselves.

  4. 04

Maintain records as items are used

Find items through search, locations, and tags. Update the relevant record after an item is moved, checked out, or maintained. During a stocktake, compare the records with the physical items.

QR code labels can help locate records, and activity history shows what changed. A team member's available actions depend on their assigned role and permissions.

Frequently asked questions

What can visitors read?

Visitors can read the product overview, About page, and guide on the public website. Item management, AI-assisted organization, uploads, and scans require signing in to the application.

How much should I organize at once?

Start with one drawer, one cabinet, or one set of equipment. After reviewing that batch of records, expand the scope as needed.

What if the AI result is wrong?

Check whether the source material is clear and correct the suggestion against the physical items. Confirm the action only after checking the name, quantity, and location.

How are household and team records separated?

Item records belong to a specific workspace, with access controlled by membership and permissions. Confirm the selected workspace before each operation so household content is not added to a team workspace.
